December 2018 : 3 Postdoc positions
Post-Doctoral Research Positions on
Single-cell technologies and cancer immunology
Three post-doctoral positions are available in Dr. Bava’s laboratory at the Curie Institute (Paris area, France).
Research in the lab aims at studying the gene regulatory mechanisms orchestrating the immune response to cancer. To this purpose, we apply and implement single-cell technologies such as multiplexed imaging, next-generation cytometry, mass cytometry, single-cell sequencing etc
We are seeking highly ambitious candidates holding a PhD and having a strong track record.
s/he has a background in immunology (preferred cancer-immunology) and experience with murine models. S/he will apply single-cell technologies (multiplexed imaging, cytometry and sequencing) to study the gene regulation of the immune response to cancer. For this position publications-record is key. Please do not submit your CV if you do not have at least one good first-author publication (accepted or published).
s/he has a background in cancer biology and experience with microscopy (ideally in situ sequencing). S/he will join a project aimed at studying the mechanisms of drug resistance in tumor-cells. This project is in collaboration with clinicians and implicates the use of human samples coming from clinical trials. For this position publications-record is key. Please do not submit your CV if you do not have at least one good first-author publication (accepted or published).
s/he has a strong experimental experience with single-cell sequencing. S/he will join a project developed in collaboration with a leading pharmaceutical company. This is a technology-oriented project, industry-oriented. Candidates with first-author publications are preferred, but publications are not essential. Here what is essential is to have a proved experimental experience.
